Since 2016, we have been delivering tailor-made engineering solutions for industrial automation, driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to supporting our clients throughout the entire production process. With over 10,000 sqm of production space across two facilities in the Parma region, we develop and implement customized systems in close collaboration with our clients. Backed by a highly skilled technical and sales team, we provide turnkey services covering everything from design to commissioning and production support. CONVEYING SYSTEMS

ROBOTIC STATION WITH MAGNETIC HEAD

Automated Depalletizing and Palletizing System

A high-performance robotic station designed for efficient depalletizing and palletizing ope­rations. Equipped with a powerful anthropomorphic robot (550 kg payload), this system integrates advanced handling and safety technologies for reliable, automated performance in demanding environments.

System Components:

  • Magnetic plate for layer gripping.
  • Food-grade silicone suction cups.
  • Electro-pneumatic systems for picking slip sheets and pallets.
  • Engineered for high-demand robotic applications.
  • Motorized Layer Preforming Table: ensures precise layer arrangement before gripping, optimizing process speed and accuracy.
  • Pallet Handling Station: enables smooth pallet feed-in and feed-out, supporting both depalletizing and palletizing tasks.

AUDAX MODULAR SINGLE COLUMN SYSTEM

Modular system that offers high configuration flexibility to adapt to the diverse needs of each customer.
  • Combined Application: Allows the handling of all products without requiring format changes, enabling the use of a single device across multiple product types.
  • Robust and Lightweight Structure: constructed from high-strength, lightweight aluminium-magnesium alloy (AL6061) for optimal durability and efficiency.
  • Adjustable Box Alignment and Clamping Devices: fully adjustable on both sides. The alignment components are made from AL6061 on one side, and composite materials or carbon fiber on the approach and palletizing side for enhanced performance.
  • Integrated Interlayer Removal Kit: equipped with articulated linkages and electro-pneuma­tically controlled systems. The removal process utilizes food-grade silicone suction cups and Venturi vacuum generators for safe and reliable operation.

“NIMEX” SERIES PALLET LABELLING MACHINE

High-precision machines designed for the fast and accurate application of A4 format labels on finished pallets.

Key Features:

  • Strategic Application: Pre-printed labels are applied at two key points: the front and side of the pallet.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimizes the labeling process, reducing time and increasing productivity.
  • Complete Traceability: Ensures clear pallet identification, improving management and logistics.
  • Versatility: Utilizes pre-printed labels from laser printers, offering flexibility in design and the information displayed.
  • Reliability: Engineered to ensure precise labeling, eliminating errors and enhancing data security.
  • Robotized Version: A laser printer, included with the system, releases the label, which is then picked up by a pair of suction cups and moved to the adhesive application area, where hot-melt adhesive is sprayed via a melting system. The machine then moves to the selected application point, and using a cylinder, deposits the label, holding it in place for the required time to ensure proper adhesion.
